Cancellation Policy
Local & Regional (Greater Philadelphia Area): Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time.
International (Outside the United States): Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time.
Service Adjustments
Any changes to service (e.g., pickup time, location, or vehicle type) must be made at least 3 hours in advance, during our regular office hours.
Cancellation & No-Show Procedures
If a cancellation is not made within the required timeframe, or if the passenger fails to appear at the designated pickup location, the full fare will be charged. This includes all applicable out-of-pocket expenses such as parking and tolls.
If you are unable to locate your chauffeur, you must contact us immediately at +1 (215) 960-1777.
To avoid being charged as a “No Show,” do not leave your pickup location without first contacting Black Car Philly.
