How far ahead should we book wedding cars?
Book as early as you can. Our usual advice is 24 to 48 hours ahead for regular trips, but weddings, proms and holidays fill sooner, so reserve as soon as your date and venues are set.
How many cars do we need for a wedding?
Most couples book one luxury sedan for themselves and an SUV for the wedding party. If family or guests need rides between the hotel, ceremony and reception, a passenger van seats up to 15.
Can the chauffeur wait during the ceremony and photos?
Yes. Book the car by the hour with hourly charter and it stays with you between stops.
Can you shuttle guests between the hotel and the venue?
Yes. A passenger van carries up to 15 guests per run, and we can schedule several runs around the ceremony and reception.
Do you pick up wedding guests from the airport?
