Local and regional trips in the Greater Philadelphia area must be cancelled at least 24 hours before pickup, and trips outside the United States at least 48 hours before. Later cancellations are charged the full fare. The full terms are on our cancellation policy page.

A missed pickup is treated as a no-show and charged at the full fare, including any parking and tolls. If you cannot find your chauffeur, call us straight away and do not leave the pickup point, so it is not recorded as a no-show.

Sedans take up to 3 bags, SUVs up to 6 and the Passenger Van up to 15. If you are travelling with skis, golf clubs or a lot of luggage, mention it in the quote request so we send the right vehicle.

For one to three people with standard luggage, a sedan. For four to six people, or a heavy luggage load, an SUV. For larger groups, the Passenger Van. Tell us passenger and bag numbers and dispatch will recommend the right class.

Both come with the same professional chauffeur. The luxury classes use a higher specification vehicle, a Cadillac XTS or similar for the Luxury Sedan and a GMC Yukon or similar for the Luxury SUV, while the economy classes are the more affordable choice.
