How does event car service work?

Event car service is a pre-booked chauffeur who drives you to a stadium, arena or concert venue and collects you afterwards from a pickup point agreed in advance, so the trip home does not depend on finding a ride in the crowd.

The drive in is the easy half. The hard part is the end of the night, when a sold-out crowd leaves the South Philadelphia sports complex at once and Broad Street, Pattison Avenue and the I-95 ramps all fill together. There is no designated ride-hail lot at the Linc, as CBS Philadelphia reported in September 2025.

Book by the hour and the car waits for you through the event. Book two one-way rides instead and the chauffeur comes back at an agreed time. But for a sellout at the Linc, we’d book by the hour.

Atip was such a great driver! He was super nice and accommodating. It’s always tough to get picked up from big concert venues, but he really went out of his way to make it easy!

Atip was kind and courteous. We were able to schedule a Black Car SUV on very short notice. They showed up early and were waiting for us when we got out of our play. Excellent service!

Atip was communicative, kind, accommodating, punctual, and took good care of my teens for prom. The SUV was very nice and can’t beat the price. Great service, will use again.

Sports and event transportation questions.

Where will the chauffeur pick us up after the game?

At a spot agreed before you go in, usually a short walk from the gates rather than right at them, because game-night traffic control decides where cars can stop. Our team confirms the spot before the event.

Should we book hourly or two one-way rides?

Hourly, if the event is a sellout or the finish time is hard to predict. Two one-way rides can cost less for a concert with a fixed end time.

Can you drop us off for a tailgate?

Yes. Add the tailgate hours to the booking and the car arrives in time for it, then waits or returns after the game.

Do you drive to concerts at the Mann Center and Freedom Mortgage Pavilion?

Yes. We drive to every major venue in the region, including Philadelphia concert venues and the pavilion in Camden.

Can a big group ride together?

Yes. A passenger van seats up to 15, so the whole group travels together and leaves together.

What if the game goes to overtime?

Hourly bookings run for the hours you booked, and our team can extend them if the car is free. If you booked a set return time, call 215 939 3111 as soon as you know you will be late.

Is gratuity included?

No. Gratuity is not included in the quote; 15 to 20 percent is typical.

How do I cancel an event booking?

Local bookings can be cancelled up to 24 hours before pickup. See the cancellation policy for the full terms.
