Welcome to Black Car Philly. Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using our services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Use of Services

1.1. Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

1.2. Account Registration: To use certain features of our services, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities associated with your account.

1.3. Service Use: You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these terms and all applicable laws.

2. Reservations and Payments

2.1. Reservations: You can book our transportation services through our website, mobile app, or customer service hotline. It is your responsibility to provide accurate information, such as pickup and drop-off locations, dates, and times, when making a reservation.

2.2. Payments: We accept various payment methods, including credit cards and online payment systems. You agree to pay for the services you have booked in accordance with our payment terms.

2.3. Cancellation Policy: All cancellations for pickup in and outside the greater Philadelphia region must be made 12 hours prior to the time of service. All cancellations outside the United States must be made 24 hours prior to the scheduled time of service.

  • Service adjustments: Any service adjustments must be made 3 hours prior to the schedule time service during our working office hours.
  • Cancelation and No Show Procedures: The full rate for the vehicle ordered plus all out-of-pocket expenses including but not limited to parking and tolls will be billed if the passenger does not cancel on time or fails to be at the designated meeting area. If you cannot locate your chauffeur, you must call Black Car Philly. To avoid being billed a no show you must not leave your pickup location without communicating with Black Car Philly.

3. Vehicle Types and Passenger Limits

3.1. Vehicle Selection: We offer a variety of vehicles, including Economy Sedans, Economy SUVs, Luxury Sedans, Luxury SUVs, and Vans. It is your responsibility to choose a vehicle class that suits your needs and group size.

3.2. Passenger Limits: Each vehicle class has a maximum passenger limit. You agree not to exceed the passenger limit for the selected vehicle class.

4. Driver Requests and Conduct

4.1. Driver Requests: You agree to comply with all reasonable requests made by our chauffeurs to ensure a safe and comfortable journey.

4.2. Conduct: You are responsible for your conduct and the conduct of any passengers in the vehicle. You agree not to engage in any disruptive or unlawful behavior while using our services.

5. Liability and Indemnification

5.1. Liability: Black Car Philly is not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses arising from your use of our services, except as required by law.

5.2. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold Black Car Philly harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or your breach of these terms.

6. Changes to Terms & Conditions

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal or regulatory reasons. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the updated terms on our website.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
