What does wedding transportation cover?

Wedding transportation is chauffeured travel planned around a wedding day: the couple, the wedding party and guests, moved between the getting-ready location, ceremony, photos and reception on one agreed schedule.

Most of the work happens before the day. We take your timeline and turn it into a run sheet for each car: who rides, from where, at what time, and where the chauffeur waits. On the day itself, nobody in the wedding party should need to make a phone call about a car. If they do, we’ve planned it wrong.

We drive weddings in Philadelphia, on the Main Line, in Bucks and Chester counties, and across the river in South Jersey.

  • Luxury sedans and SUVs
  • 15-seat passenger vans
  • Hourly or point to point
  • Waiting through photos
  • Hotel shuttles for guests
  • Airport pickups for guests

How many cars does a wedding need?

A starting point, not a package. Our team suggests the right mix once we see your timeline.

Who is ridingSuggested vehicleHow it is usually booked
The coupleLuxury sedanBy the hour, getting ready to send-off
Wedding party, up to 6Luxury SUVBy the hour, or ceremony and photos only
Parents and grandparentsSedan or SUVPoint to point, venue to venue
Guests, up to 15 per runPassenger vanShuttle runs, hotel to venue and back
Out-of-town guestsSedan or SUVAirport pickups the day before

A bigger guest list usually means more van runs, not more cars. One van can make several trips between the hotel and the venue.

What does a wedding-day car schedule look like?

An example run sheet for a 4 p.m. ceremony. Yours is built from your own venues and times.

Wedding transportation questions.

When should we book wedding transportation?

As soon as the date and venues are set. Regular trips need 24 to 48 hours of notice, but peak-season Saturdays fill months ahead.

Do we pay while the car waits during the ceremony?

If the car is booked by the hour, waiting is part of the hours you book. If you only need drop-offs, point to point runs cost less and the car leaves between them.

Can the car be decorated?

Yes. Flowers, ribbons or a Just Married sign can go on the car. Mention it when you book so the chauffeur expects it.

Can you shuttle guests from their hotel?

Yes. A passenger van carries up to 15 guests per run, and several runs can be timed around the ceremony and the end of the reception.

Do you pick up wedding guests from the airport?

Yes. Out-of-town guests are collected from Philadelphia International Airport with flight tracking and meet and greet.

What if the reception runs late?

Hourly cars stay for the hours you booked, and our team can extend them on the night if the car is free. Build some slack into the hours; receptions rarely finish early.

Do you cover weddings outside Philadelphia?

Yes. We cover the Main Line, Bucks and Chester counties, South Jersey and parts of Delaware.

Is gratuity included?

No. Gratuity is not included in the quote; 15 to 20 percent is typical. Local bookings can be cancelled up to 24 hours before pickup.

Send the timeline. We plan every car.

A date and the venues are enough to start. Our team replies with a price for each car and a run sheet to check.
